Founder & Chairman, TutorCloud AI
Anirudh is a serial entrepreneur who has spent his career building companies at the intersection of technology,
services, and human-centered problem solving. His leadership spans healthcare, education, and AI-enabled
platforms, consistently focused on solving complex, high-impact challenges through disciplined execution.
He founded Focus Infomatics Inc., which became a category-defining leader in medical transcription. The company
scaled rapidly through proprietary workflow systems and a distributed service model, and was acquired by Nuance
Communications [NASDAQ: NUAN] in 2007, establishing his track record of building technology-driven businesses of
global relevance.
He then founded FEV Tutor, an online tutoring organization serving K-12 learners across school districts
nationwide. Recognized for its rigorous quality frameworks, operational scale, and measurable learning outcomes,
it became one of the country’s leading providers of district-partnered tutoring, and was acquired by Alpine
Investors in 2022.
He is also the co-founder and CEO of ScribeEMR, the market leader in virtual medical scribing, ranked number one
in KLAS Research’s 2024 report, now expanding into virtual medical coding and office solutions.
At TutorCloud, Anirudh leads the development of intelligent, AI-driven learning systems designed to expand
access, strengthen outcomes, and close the learning equity gap through responsible AI.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Umakanta Rana is the Global President and Chief Executive Officer of TutorCloud AI, where he is credited with
helping bring TutorCloud AI to life as a globally scalable education technology business. With more than three
decades of experience across business technology, services, and education, Mr. Rana has built, led, and
transformed organizations through periods of growth, operational change, and market expansion.
At TutorCloud AI, Mr. Rana works closely with Founder and Chairman Anirudh Baheti to turn a long-term product
vision into a disciplined, executable global business. His leadership spans global operations, organizational
execution, market development, institutional partnerships, governance, performance management, and the operating
systems required to scale responsibly across markets.
Earlier, at FEV Tutor, Mr. Rana played a key role in shaping and leading the business transition that moved the
company from a scaled U.S. K-12 tutoring platform into its next phase following its 2022 acquisition by Alpine
Investors. His work focused on keeping people, processes, delivery, and business continuity aligned during a
significant period of organizational change.
Known for combining strategic vision with disciplined execution, Mr. Rana brings a pedagogy-informed and
business-focused perspective to education technology. His defining contribution lies in creating repeatable
operating systems, aligning teams around measurable outcomes, and ensuring that innovation translates into
dependable delivery, institutional trust, and sustainable growth.
GM USA, TutorCloud AI
Jeff Reistad brings more than 20 years of K-12 EdTech sales leadership to his role as GM USA,
TutorCloud AI.
He has built and scaled national sales organizations from the ground up, most notably launching Bark for Schools
as SVP of Sales & Marketing by adding 2,300+ school districts and protecting 3500+ students, and leading the
West Regional sales team at Edmentum for six years across the western U.S.
Jeff's experience spans the AI tutoring space directly, having led revenue growth at Yup Math Tutoring (acquired
by Prenda), an on-demand AI-enhanced math platform.
He also co-founded and led Boats and Buyers, an AI-driven marketplace acquired by Off the Hook Yacht Sales in
2025, giving him hands-on experience building AI products from the ground up.
Most recently, as founder of Korsman, he has helped growth-stage companies implement agentic AI systems and GTM
strategies, driving measurable gains in productivity and revenue.
Jeff holds a B.A. in Business Management, Economics, and Finance from Augsburg University, and spent over a
decade as Founder & Board Chair of Aspen Academy Charter School in Savage Minnesota.

Mr. Siddharth Jena is the Vice President, Global Marketing at TutorCloud AI and brings over 14 years of
experience in marketing, business growth, and category development across education technology, consumer
internet, and international markets. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of brand strategy,
product marketing, market expansion, and commercial growth, helping organizations establish and scale their
presence across multiple geographies.
Before his time at TutorCloud AI, Siddharth spent years leading various high-growth businesses. He was
responsible for market expansion and customer growth while leading marketing and product P&L across
international markets at upGrad. He has also been instrumental in building the marketing function and growth
strategy for a burgeoning K-12 learning platform at MSVGO. He also acquired valuable insights into digital
marketing, customer acquisition, and category building in technology-driven businesses through his previous
experience at Cricket.com, Fanfight and Quikr.
At TutorCloud AI, Siddharth is responsible for shaping the company's global brand strategy, go-to-market
initiatives, and market positioning. He collaborates closely with product, business, and leadership teams to
articulate the value of AI-powered personalized learning and to foster awareness among educators, students, and
families and among educational institutions in international markets.
Siddharth holds an MBA in Marketing and has an academic background in Computer Science. His ability to combine
technology, customer insight, and business strategy continues to support TutorCloud AI's efforts to build a
trusted presence in the evolving education technology landscape.

Dr. Prannay G Sharma is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience driving P&L ownership, sales
transformation, and rapid institutional expansion across India’s leading EdTech and education sectors. At
TutorCloud AI, he heads national sales strategy and multi-city operations across key metropolitan hubs, building
high-performing, tiered commercial organizations to accelerate market penetration.
Throughout his career, Dr. Prannay has held senior leadership roles at industry powerhouses including Sri
Chaitanya, Vedantu, Aakash-BYJU’S, FIITJEE, Narayana Group, and MT Educare. A proven growth engine architect, he
has led huge sized teams of up to 1,200 members, generated multi-fold revenue growth, and scaled educational
networks from single centers into multi-thousand-student enterprises.
Alongside this business leadership, he has also been an accomplished Mathematics faculty member — a rare
combination that reflects his hands-on grounding in academic delivery alongside commercial strategy.
Dr. Sharma holds a Ph.D. from IMSR, an MBA, a PGDM, and a B.E., and is the author of TrailBlazers: Innovate,
